As a dedicated STACKITEER, you are part of the STACKIT Products division. This is where our products and services are developed, tested and improved. 

Your tasks

  • You drive the development and implementation of new features for the STACKIT Kubernetes Engine (SKE).
  • You take end-to-end responsibility in the sense of 'You Build It - You Run It!' for the operation of your services within the context of the STACKIT Kubernetes Engine.
  • You develop comprehensive security policies for our Kubernetes clusters, including RBAC, Admission Controllers, and Policy-as-Code solutions like Kyverno.
  • You automate processes to ensure security compliance, such as regular security audits and vulnerability scans.
  • You implement container security measures, such as image scanning and runtime security monitoring with Falco/Tetragon.

Your Profil

  • You have sound development experience with Go.
  • You have practical experience operating applications on Kubernetes.
  • You have experience with hardening, authentication, and RBAC in the Kubernetes context.
  • You have a strong security awareness and apply it in concept design and implementation.
  • Ideally, you have experience in developing Kubernetes Controllers/Operators.
